Return window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return the products if it's not quite what you wanted. Please ensure you initiate the return process within this timeframe.
Product condition for returns
For a return to be eligible, the products must be in its original packaging. We can accept returns for items that have been opened but we cannot accept products not in their original form . Once products are used, cannot be returned.
